System Administration and Support: \xc3\x98 Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Oracle HCM, Oracle ERP, Kronos, and Coupa. \xc3\x98 Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests related to these systems. \xc3\x98 Perform system configurations, updates, and patches in accordance with best practices and compliance requirements. \xc3\x98 Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues. Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: \xc3\x98 Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Oracle HCM, Oracle ERP, Kronos, and Coupa. \xc3\x98 Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve system-related issues and ensure timely resolution. \xc3\x98 Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues and implement corrective actions. \xc3\x98 Strong working Knowledge on Jira application and ServiceNow Process Optimization and Automation: \xc3\x98 Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the IAM framework. \xc3\x98 Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. \xc3\x98 Implement best practices to optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability. Integration and Collaboration \xc3\x98 Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Operations, and Procurement, to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems. \xc3\x98 Support data integration and data flow between Oracle HCM, Oracle ERP, Kronos, and Coupa. \xc3\x98 Participate in projects involving system upgrades, migrations, and implementations. \xc3\x98 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to ensure successful deployment and optimization of Oracle HCM solutions \xc3\x98 Participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM, Oracle ERP applications, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment \xc3\x98 Collaborate with application owners to understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM and Oracle ERP solutions that align with best practices and industry standards \xc3\x98 Should be capable of handling Functional Fit-Gap analysis \xc3\x98 Manage project documentation based on OUM methodology \xc3\x98 Work on integrating Oracle HCM with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, RMC and third-party applications, to ensure seamless data flow and process integration \xc3\x98 Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of HR-related data from legacy systems to Oracle HCM and ERP \xc3\x98 Conduct comprehensive testing of Oracle HCM and ERP configurations and customizations to identify and resolve issues before system go-live \xc3\x98 Provide training sessions to end-users and support them in navigating and using Oracle HCM/ERP applications effectively \xc3\x98 Stay abreast of Oracle HCM/ERP updates, new features, and releases, and work on system upgrades and enhancements as required \xc3\x98 Investigate and resolve complex technical and functional issues related to Oracle HCM/ERP applications \xc3\x98 As an Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) Functional Consultant must have Functional/Configuration experience in two or more modules from the list of modules mentioned below: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, ORC, Learning, OTL, HR Helpdesk Note: In some cases, experience in only one module can be accepted like: Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, ORC, OTL Experience in Configuring Security, Workflow, OTBI, Page Personalization \xc3\x98 Possessing experience with Oracle Cloud Risk Management Cloud (RMC) design, implementation or assessment experience including Advanced Access Controls (AAC) and Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) \xc3\x98 Possessing experience with Oracle Cloud role design across functional (ERP, EPM, OTBI) and technical (e.g. - Security Console, Setup & Maintenance) domain areas; \xc3\x98 Possessing experience leading design, build, test, job roles, Duty roles and deploy phases in projects and Full understanding of ERP seeded roles construct. \xc3\x98 Should have sound knowledge on data security and function security, manage users, Security Reports and Manage Roles \xc3\x98 Creation and ongoing support of custom roles \xc3\x98 Segregation of duties SOD and conflicts Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Temporary Pay: \xe2\x82\xb91,000,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb91,454,071.72 per year Schedule:
