Job Title: Hyperion ConsultantCareer Level - C3Introduction to Role:Join us as a Hyperion Consultant and be part of our mission to develop our DevOps capability for the rapid development and continued support of reliable software platforms. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who can oversee the design, development, delivery, and support across a wide variety of projects. As a Senior Hyperion Consultant, you will work in an agile way with on-shore project development teams and solution architects to support the DevOps team within the EUIT division.Accountabilities:As a Hyperion Consultant, your main responsibilities will include supporting, administering, and developing Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and HFM applications. You will provide technical support to Hyperion Planning & HFM infrastructure issues, ensure business continuity and disaster recovery solutions for Hyperion Planning environment, and provide on-going support to data-flows via ODI / FDMEE Integration. You will also develop Hyperion Planning and HFM applications as part of continuous improvement program to support on-going business requirements.Essential Skills/Experience:3+ years development and system administration experience in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, FDMEE, ODI and DRM.Full-life cycle implementation experience with Hyperion Planning/Essbase/HFM.Exposure to PBCS, FCCS and On-prem Hyperion 11.1.2.4 version.Experience with monitoring, testing and tuning Hyperion applications.Good experience in developing and maintaining FDM mappings and validation rulesSolid grasp of Corporate month end close and consolidation process and actual corporate reporting requirementsSolid grasp in Hyperion infrastructure.Excellent problem solving skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsUnderstanding of incident, problem, change and release management processDemonstrable ability to apply technical knowledge to multiple systems and support multiple business groupsExperience with extended Hyperion tool set: DRMETL skills \xe2\x80\x93 ODIAutomation and Scripting skills \xe2\x80\x93 Python, Macros, Java scriptingOracle Hyperion certification.Supplementary Experience: (Useful additional skills)Finance qualificationFamiliarity with life sciences(Pharma) domain concepts, workflow and terminologyEducational QualificationsUG - B.Tech /B.E. /M.C.A or other equivalent technical qualificationsPersonal Attributes:Keen to acquire new skills and work on new technologies/productsAbility to work independently, as well as in a team environmentLogical mind with keen analytical and reasoning skillsClear and concise communication, written and verbalAbility to respond well to pressure and motivate the team under pressureStrong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across team boundariesWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to encourage life-changing medicines.
