Hygiene Supervisor
Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities include:
• Enforce and maintain the bakery's sanitation standards as outlined by health regulations and company guidelines.
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures for all areas of the bakery, including production areas, storage rooms, and restrooms.
• Train and supervise cleaning staff on proper hygiene practices, ensuring they use cleaning products safely and effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any sanitation concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, chemical usage, and any hygiene-related incidents.
• Liaise with management on any hygiene-related issues or improvements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
