Job Title: Hygiene Inspector Location: Kempegowda International Airport Key Responsibilities Apply knowledge of food technology by providing support and solutions for issues pertaining to processes and products. Thorough knowledge of Food/Packaging Quality, Food Safety & hygiene, Quality & Food safety Audits, Product Development, and preparation of Operating Procedures/SOP\'s) Involved in Product Development, Product and Process Improvement through implementation and adherence of defined SOP\'s. Provide training and transfer of technology to production. Conduct sensory evaluation of products. Provide technical support to Production and Marketing team. Creating quality attribute sheets for signed off meals. Key Requirements Degree in Food Science & Technology / Processes Minimum 2 years working experience in a manufacturing environment. Relevant experience in product development and quality control Able to work independently and as a team member. Possess good leadership and interpersonal skills. Possess good time management and project management skills. Keen interest in cooking
