We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join us as Hydraulic Hose Crimping Technicians.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assemble and crimp hydraulic hoses according to specifications and standards.
• Ensure proper fitting of hoses and connectors to avoid leaks and ensure safety.
• Inspect hoses and fittings for defects and wear.
• Conduct pressure tests on assembled hoses to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance on crimping equipment and tools.
• Repair or replace defective hoses and fittings.
• Maintain records of hose assemblies and test results.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements :

• Experience in hydraulic hose assembly and crimping.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and components.
• Proficiency in using crimping machines and related tools.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy hoses and equipment.
• Willingness to work in various environments, including outdoor and industrial settings.
• Effective communication with team members and clients.
• Clear documentation and reporting of work done.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in hydraulic systems or related field (preferred).
• Relevant vocational training or apprenticeships.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or construction setting.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in the same field will be most preferable.

Willingness to Relocate:

• Open to relocating to Qatar for the job.
• Adaptability to a new cultural and working environment.
