Job Description

o Rework, re-configure, and repair SBC products according to established quality control procedures.o Expert in SMD / SOIC Packages / 0201, 00501 component level reworko Should be able to find the location using the BRD Fileo Should be able to check BOM difference for HW upgradeo Should understand the rework document which we get from our Engineering teamo Maintain accurate records of all rework and repair activities.o Maintain a safe and organized work environment.o Follow all safety protocols and procedures.o Analyze and troubleshoot hardware issues.o Experience in operating oscilloscopes, multimeters and other electronic measurement toolso Work collaboratively with other technicians and engineers to ensure quality results.o Hands-on Experience to understand schematic / BOMo Familiar with lab process and Inventoryo unpacking and packing SBC and other hardware shipment boxes and doing the visual inspectiono review the lab equipment inventory and their calibration requirements for renewal

Assists in the design, construction, test and check-out of test equipment. Uses manufacturing, test, development or diagnostic equipment, including, but not limited to, test programs oscilloscopes, signal generators and specialized test apparatus.
