Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Engineer to join our team. The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, installing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, problem-solving abilities, and experience working with HVAC systems in various environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Perform system calculations for load analysis and select appropriate equipment.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and system designs.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring all systems operate efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system failures and issues.
• Conduct performance testing, adjust system controls, and ensure energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering teams on HVAC system integration.
• Conduct energy audits to assess HVAC system performance and suggest improvements.
• Prepare reports on HVAC system status, maintenance schedules, and performance metrics.
• Advise clients on energy-efficient and cost-effective solutions for heating and cooling needs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget constraints.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of HVAC technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance (2+ years preferred).
• Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA).
• Proficiency in HVAC design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• [Optional: Certification in HVAC design, LEED accreditation, or other relevant certifications].

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with energy-efficient HVAC systems and sustainable building practices.
• Experience in project management or leading HVAC installation teams.
• Knowledge of HVAC system optimization for large-scale projects (industrial/commercial).
