Job Description

We are searching for a committed and skilled HVAC Site Supervisor to manage the centralized air conditioning, ventilation, and heating system installation, upkeep, and repairs in both residential and commercial buildings. The ideal applicant will be able to effectively manage site activities and have a solid expertise in HVAC systems.

Work Description:

Daily Reports: Keep track of and update reports on the day's work progress.
personnel Management: Give the site engineer a daily update on your personnel situation.
Resource Scheduling: Arrange labor and supplies in accordance with the project timeline, and notify the site engineer of any delays.
Technical Coordination: For any technical questions, coordinate with the site engineer.
Quality Control: Guarantee that high-quality work is completed with few rejections and in accordance with authorized shop drawings.
Material Quantification: Determine materials precisely from authorized shop designs and promptly provide the Site Engineer with the necessary materials.
Work Supervision: Work with the Quality staff to supervise and verify completed tasks.
Certification: Ensure that the competent authorities promptly certify the completed job.
Measurement Submission: Make sure the billing engineer receives certified measurements on schedule.
Material Reconciliation: Work with the Store Manager to make sure that materials are reconciled on schedule.
Safety Procedures: Make sure that you and all other employees follow the safety procedures at work.
Qualifications:

demonstrated expertise with HVAC systems, especially in homes and businesses.
a thorough understanding of central air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems (MEP).
outstanding managerial and organizing abilities.
the capacity to comprehend and understand shop drawings.
strong coordination and communication abilities.
awareness of safety laws and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?32,000.00 - ?38,000.00 per month
