We have an urgent vacancy of HVAC REVIT DESIGNER (2D / 3D) for BUILDING SERVICES DEPARTMENT at Vadodara Location (MNC Client).Job Type: 1 Year TPC (Extandable)Experience: 2 to 5 YearsQualification: ITI /DiplomaRole Description: for HVAC DesignerPreparation of Duct Layout as per the heat load calculationPreparation of AHU Room layout & Plant room Layout with maintenance spaceClash check with civil Beam, Column, Lighting, cable trays, Fire fighting Line etc..Calculate the no of Grille & diffusers as per the room calculation with aesthetic viewPreparation of duct, HVAC Equipments & HVAC accessories in standard layerArrangement of Ventilation, Exhaust fan.Preparation of HVAC related power and control cables.Modelling of all HVAC items including cable trays.Technical Competency:Awareness of Duct sizing, pipe sizing, cable routingAwareness of HVAC Equipment like Air Handling Unit, Air Cooled Condensing Unit,Water Cooled Condensing Unit, Vapour Absorption Machines, Chemical Filter,Humidifier etcAwareness of Civil Structure layout (Beam, Column, Wall, False ceiling Layout, Top ofConcrete, Finish Floor Level, Fire fighting Line, Gas & Fire / Smoke detector etc..)Familiar with codes like; ASHRAE, SMACNA, DW, IS, etcAwareness of Volume control damper, Fire damper, Grille & diffusers, LouversHVAC Utilities like Refrigerant, Chilled water & cooling water pipe, Condensate DrainSoft Skills:Working in a self-supporting & self-motivating mannerGood written & verbal communication skill in EnglishEffective team memberSoftware Knowledge:Revit, Microstation, AutoCAD 2D, 3D ModellingDO-NOT SEND BIO-DATA :
