Project Engineer \xe2\x80\x93 HVAC (Chillers, VRV & PAC). 1. Minimum 6 years to max 10 years of experience in HVAC Project Execution Field with hands on experience of: a) Greater than 200 TR of Chiller (Complete Job Experience from Start to End). b) Greater than 100 HP of VRV/VRF Site.(From Start to End). c) Experience in Project Execution of Precision Air Conditioners will be an added advantage. 2. Solely Responsible for Handling of all Projects assigned. Should be able to work independently and be able to resolve all site issues on daily basis (Technical as well as Commercial). 3. Should be Pro-Active in working towards understanding project demands and client satisfaction and no Escalations should be reported. Must be willing to travel to sites across India. 4. Daily reporting is the essence at AB3S. Must be willing to provide accurate report on a daily basis or as per demand of Management. 5. Should have hands-on experience in handling Contractors Persons & Teams to line up for Work Execution and make sure they deploy requisite manpower to complete the Project on Time every Time. 6. Should be able to keep a thorough track of Material Movement right from when material is issued to material being consumed and stored at site and then bringing back unused material & scrap selling (If Required). 7. Should have a knack of doing measurements, submitting Running Bills (RA\'s) on time & then Final Bill to get the payments on time & do timely follow-ups. 8. Should be Expert in Excel, AutoCAD & Communication (Paper as well as Email). 9. Experience in handling government Projects in at least some of the Projects. 10. Co-ordinate with other Departments of the organization for Purchase Activities, Site Movements and Proper Handover and getting completion certificates.
