Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for an HVAC Production Manager. The HVAC Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring production efficiency and quality control. They will also be responsible for managing the production team and implementing improvements to the production processes. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in HVAC manufacturing and production management Strong knowledge of HVAC manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management Demonstrated ability in managing a production team and implementing process improvements Excellent communication and leadership skills
