Qualification - B. Tech - Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

CTC - 6 Lks to 7.20 Lks P.A.

Experience - HVAC Manufacturing industry with minimum 5+ years

Complete maintenance of all electrical and mechanical equipments

Ensuring annual maintenance contracts for required equipments / machines like Genets, UPS / Batteries, Compressors, Forklift

Routine check of all equipments to ensure proper working condition /flow

Maintaining a log register for recording user complaints and ensuring rectification with minimum lead time

Inspect or test damaged machine parts, and decide whether the same can be repaired in-house or with external support

Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment.

Visiting and Co-ordinating with external suppliers to ensure rectification of damaged parts

Read work orders and specifications to determine machines and equipment requiring repair or maintenance.

Maintain relevant power factor for factory operation

10

Timely functionality of generator and UPS during power fluctuations / failure

Ensuring necessary fuel supplies for uninterrupted functioning of Power back-up equipments

Purchase of necessary lubricants for smooth operation of machines, as required

13

Co-ordinate with Electricity Board officials during annual checks conducted for transformers

14

Maintain inventory of machine / equipment parts (minor) and other supplies so that stock can be maintained and replenished.

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?720,000.00 per year
