Key Responsibilities

- •Design Development:•

- Create and develop HVAC system designs for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

- Prepare detailed drawings and schematics using CAD software.

- Calculate heating and cooling loads to determine system requirements.

- •System Selection:•

- Select appropriate HVAC equipment and components based on design criteria and specifications.

- Evaluate energy efficiency and sustainability of HVAC systems.

- •Project Coordination:•

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate HVAC designs with overall building plans.

- Participate in project meetings to discuss progress and address any design or installation issues.

- •Technical Analysis:•

- Perform technical calculations and analysis to ensure the functionality and efficiency of HVAC systems.

- Review and interpret building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance.

- •Documentation:•

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports.

- Ensure all design documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

- •Quality Assurance:•

- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify the correct installation and operation of HVAC systems.

- Identify and resolve any design or installation discrepancies.

- •Client Interaction:•

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical expertise and recommendations.

- Prepare and present design proposals and cost estimates to clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
