Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions. This role is responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, candidate outreach, payroll management, employee relations, and overall HR administration. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to fostering a positive work environment while aligning HR strategies with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional networks.
  • Analyze hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans to support business growth.
  • Candidate Outreach & Engagement:
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through various outreach initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Utilize social media, job boards, and professional networks to enhance candidate sourcing efforts.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to promote our employer brand.
  • Payroll Management:
  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Stay updated on relevant labor laws and tax regulations affecting payroll processes.
  • Ensure that payroll records and employee data are maintained with confidentiality and in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • HR Administration & Compliance:
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Facilitate training programs, workshops, and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and engagement.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture through effective communication and employee recognition programs.
  • Additional HR Functions:
  • Manage benefits administration, including health insurance, employee engagement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support strategic HR initiatives, including succession planning and organizational development.
