HR Specialist We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Specialist to join an award-winning HR team. The ideal candidate is a generalist HR expert who has an innovative and creative approach, a leader and a hands-on Manager including recruitment, learning and development, employee relations, health and wellbeing and HR support. Responsibilities Arrange monthly team-building events. Identify, develop and implement people initiatives to improve employee productivity, well-being and engagement. Assist Managers with recruitment selection, new starters, onboarding and creating the best start for new team members. Work alongside the management team on staff performance issues, identify professional development requirements, consider workforce planning and retention strategy. Requirements Ability to problem-solve both operational and strategic issues through a pragmatic and commercially sound approach and based on feedback from the operation. A coach and mentor with a friendly and warm personality committed to developing people within the business. Strong Influencing skills. Ability to prioritize and proactively manage multiple deadlines.
