Qualification Minimum 8 + years of experience in the Human Resource Operations space Cross functional experience in handling HR operational activities/teams for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Contractual Staffing , Invoicing-Payroll ,Vendor Management and HRBP functions Proven track record of Client/Stakeholder Management and delivery of services in accordance with the SLA Good interpersonal/communication skills and attention to detail Experience driving Operational Excellence / Process Improvements / Automation Initiatives Must have good Reporting and Analytical skills Prior experience managing Contractual Staffing & Third-Party Labor operations is preferred Good to have prior working knowledge of Workday Education - Bachelors or master\'s degree Education Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications Required Skills Optional Skills Desired Languages Travel Requirements Available for Work Visa Sponsorship Government Clearance Required Job Posting End Date
