The HR Operations & Admin role is a critical function that supports the overall HR department by managing various administrative tasks and ensuring efficient HR operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating smooth HR processes, maintaining accurate HR records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records and HR data in HRIS and other HR systems
  • Assist in managing employee benefits administration, such as enrollment, changes, and inquiries
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management analysis
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
  • 3 or more years of experience in HR operations and administration
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus
