Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate and execute the talent strategy for the organisation. Manage the overall talent acquisition process- Campus as well as lateral, collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for vacant positions, interviewing, hiring and leading orientation and employee onboarding activities Analyse trends in compensation and benefits- accordingly propose base and incentive programs to ensure we attract and retain talent. Provide support and guidance to employees when complex and sensitive issues arise. Create learning and development programs that provide internal development opportunities for employees. Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance Supervise payroll and check monthly variance and ensure all compliances are duly followed Handle employee grievances and counselling Manage company image on social media ensuring we are branding even in recruitment process, employee onboarding Help leadership in drawing out succession plans Conduct regular Audit of HR processes and databases with the help of an external agency Prepare efficiency metrics for HR department Conduct mid year reviews and year end appraisals across departments ; Keep databases for employees, vendors, insurance, trainings and appraisals Conduct employee engagement activities regularly What skills are we looking for An uncompromising passion for problem solving Excellent communication skills- written and verbal Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent analytical skills. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
