Recruitment:\xc2\xa7 Reviewing resumes and applications.\xc2\xa7 Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.\xc2\xa7 Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.\xc2\xa7 Preparing letters such as offer, appointment ,confirmation etc.\xc2\xa7 Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.\xc2\xa7 Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.\xc2\xa7 Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for sourcing.\xc2\xa7 Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.\xc2\xa7 Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.Operations:\xc2\xa7 Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.\xc2\xa7 Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.\xc2\xa7 Preparation of salary statement.\xc2\xa7 Administration of all contract labor.\xc2\xa7 Regular updating of communication channels.\xc2\xa7 Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.\xc2\xa7 Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, increment ,salary slip, and full and final settlements.\xc2\xa7 Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.\xc2\xa7 Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.\xc2\xa7 Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc. of each employee).\xc2\xa7 Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have.\xc2\xa7 Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.\xc2\xa7 Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.\xc2\xa7 Handling Statutory Compliances like EPF and ESIC.\xc2\xa7 Handling all day to day operations related to HR and other activities.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per monthSchedule:
