Human Resources Manager
Job Description
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5years of experience in HR management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proven leadership and management abilities.
6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
7. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
8. Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
