We are looking for a very hands-on Human Resource Manager who will not only be responsible for day to day HR activities like people management, team engagement, HR wellbeing but also for getting the best talent hired across the globe through multi-channels. Ideal candidates should be willing to roll up their sleeves to play a role to listen to concerns of the team, bringing larger concerns to insights of senior leadership, discuss and plan tasks for betterment of culture. Moreover, one should be a recruiter for critical positions, be a coach for the recruitment team, and should also be open to ideas to innovate and automate the hiring process and work towards providing the best candidate experience. Responsibilities Human Resource Enabler Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records and perform periodic audits of the same to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. Assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks. Act as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers. Assist with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations. Mentor and coach the team and keep them motivated to outperform . Talent Recruiter Manage the full recruitment life cycle, focusing on closing open roles in the shortest turnaround time (TAT) Serve as a talent acquisition business partner to internal stakeholders Work closely with business leaders to influence, deliver quality assessment and high-touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel. Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and team members relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc. Conducts or assists with new hire orientation. Performs other duties as assigned. Proactively focus on direct sourcing, referrals, LinkedIn, and other cost-effective sourcing strategies to ensure a consistent top-of-the-funnel pipeline of qualified candidates Stay current on innovative recruiting technology, trends, and practices. Managing hiring platform to maintain the list of candidates for a role. Proactively forecast and manage pipelines to remove bottlenecks and help achieve hiring targets. Lead Weekly meetings and update on pipeline, forecast, and other metrics Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress Skills/Competencies Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels Experience meeting candidates and assessing their skills, ability, and fit Proficiency with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques, and software collaboration tools Tech savvy (up to speed on the latest and greatest recruiting tools) Our Culture At Knoxpo, each new hire embraces a positive work environment and protects our unique work culture.
