We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and oversee all human resources functions within our hospitality operations. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals. Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Compliance and HR Administration:
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing.
  • HR Strategy and Planning:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Benefits:
