Implement HR strategies in line with the company\'s business plans and support the overall objectives of the organization. Develop internal processes for hiring, employee grievance handling, learning and development, and employee records management. Discuss staffing needs with the Directors and department managers, design a hiring plan and an annual budget, and assign tasks to recruiters to onboard competent employees. Oversee payroll, ensure that all legal/taxation compliances are met within deadlines, and analyze data pertaining to salaries against budgeted figures. Administer employee performance reviews and appraisals, define appraisal criteria, and ensure smooth completion of the process. Boost employee morale and improve retention numbers, and plan and execute measures to increase employee satisfaction.
