Job Profile HR Manager Total Work Ex needed 7-10 Years Job Location Noida Salary Slab 60K 75k PM Responsibilities Manage the recruitment and selection process Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Develop and monitor overall policies, systems and procedures across the organization Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Manage pay plan / incentives and benefits program Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Requirements And Skills Good educational qualification - Degree in Human Resources or related field Proven working experience of 7-10 years as HR Manager in a good organization (preferably retail) Excellent Hindi/English communication, negotiation & presentation skills Result oriented approach Knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Practices
