We specialize in design, brand identity and visuals, corresponding content, influencer campaigns, storytelling, social media management, and brand social responsibility. Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the company\'s human resources needs, including recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations. This is a hybrid role, with work to be conducted mostly on site, with flexibility for working from home on some occasions. Qualifications Proven experience as an HR manager or relevant role Experience in building and executing HR policies and processes Expertise in HR metrics and KPIs Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all employees of the company and within the industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Bachelor\'s degree in human resources or related field Professional certification (SHRM or HRCI) is a plus Experience in the creative industry is highly preferred
