We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources department, manage HR operations, ensure legal compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Develop recruitment strategies and manage the hiring process.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding.
2. Employee Relations:
  • Address employee concerns and grievances.
  • Promote a positive working environment.
3. Performance Management:
  • Implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Organize training and development programs.
4. Policy and Compliance:
  • Develop and enforce HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
  • Manage compensation strategies.
6. HR Administration:
  • Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports.
  • Manage HR budgets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Schedule:

Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Payroll: 5 years (Preferred)
  • HR: 3 years (Preferred)
  • total work: 10 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
  • Professional in Human Resources\xc2\xae (Preferred)
