Female candidates are preferable Job Summary: The HR Professional is responsible for managing various aspects of the human resources function within an organization. This includes overseeing recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies. The HR Professional plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the overall goals and objectives of the organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Selection: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates. Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions. Source candidates, review resumes, and conduct interviews. Coordinate the selection process and make recommendations for hiring. 2. Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork. Conduct exit interviews and assist with offboarding procedures. 3. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems and processes. Assist in setting performance goals and objectives. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers. Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations. 4. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Handle employee relations issues and mediate conflicts. Provide guidance on company policies and procedures. Monitor and maintain employee satisfaction and morale. 5. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Ensure accurate and timely enrollment, changes, and terminations. Communicate benefit information to employees. 6. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Organize and deliver training sessions or source external training providers. Support career development initiatives. 7. Compliance: Stay updated on labour laws and regulations Should possess knowledge about PF, ESI, P-Tax and statutory knowledge related to salary/ employee related components. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain employee records and documentation. 8. HR Administration: Maintain HR databases and systems. Prepare HR reports and metrics. Manage employee records and HR-related documentation. Qualifications and Skills: 1) Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (a relevant combination of education and experience may be considered). 2) Proven experience in HR roles or related positions. 3) Knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations. 4) Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 5) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 6) Excellent organizational and time management skills. 7) Attention to detail and accuracy.
