Job Description

Hiring is open for Human Resource Manager to handle the following responsibilities: * Recruitment & Selection: Conduct and Manage the recruitment and selection process of employees.* Human Resources Policy: Develop, Implement and Maintain Human Resources policies across the organization. Develop policies that are in line with the company's vision.* Bridge the gap between the Management and the Employees by addressing grievances and other demands.* Build, nurture and maintain human capital to support business needs.* Plan and Conduct new employee orientation sessions so that the employee has a positive outlook towards the company and its goals.* Ensure complete legal compliance of company policies.* Develop and Maintain a Performance based system that motivates the employees to perform well.* Report to the management and provide support through HR Metrics.* Conduct Performance Review sessions to ensure effectiveness and compliance.* Advise the management in context to providing an apt resolution to employees' issues.* Resolving conflicts through personal and professional counseling.* Develop and implement clear policies that are beneficial for both employees and management.* Research on workers remuneration, labor negotiations, HR policies and procedures, employee retention schemes.* Coordinate and prepare payroll information for month end salary payment.* Capture and keep accurate employee data in the HR system and perform general HR Administration duties.* Ensure there are no disciplinary issues at the workplace and issue warnings and counsel employees who constantly falter.ELIGIBILITY: Proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive. Candidates with an MBA in Human Resources will be given preference. Detailed experience in Human Resources Metrics. Knowledge of HR Systems and Databases. Strong leadership skills with the ability to formulate and plan contingencies. Excellent listening, counseling and negotiation skills. Ability to maintain interpersonal relationships at all levels in the company.
