Company Description EzyLift is a leading manufacturer of vertical trasport manufacturing company located in Vasai. We have a prestigious client base and follow a strict quality control process to ensure that our cranes meet high standards. Our manufacturing capabilities include a range of EOT cranes, goods lifts, jib cranes, and wire rope electric hoists. Our employees include six staff members, four engineers, and 25 workers. Role Description EzyLift is seeking a Human Resources/Legal Manager for our Vasai location. This is a full-time on-site role, and the manager will be responsible for overseeing the human resources department and the legal affairs of the company. The Human Resources/Legal Manager will report directly to the CEO and will work closely with the EzyLift staff. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources/Law or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or legal management Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India Experience in hiring, training, and managing staff members Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work well independently and in a team setting Experience in manufacturing or engineering is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
