We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team at ILP Overseas | International Learning Planners. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and teamwork. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to kickstart their career in HR. The internship is based in Surat, Gujarat, India and is of an internship nature.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Easily adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
• Basic English proficiency
• Strong teamwork skills
• Interest in pursuing a career in human resources
• Knowledge of HR processes and practices is a plus

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Provide support in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Support in handling employee relations matters
• Assist in HR administrative tasks as assigned
