We are looking for HR Intern, who will also work as NON IT/Technical Recruiters. The person need to independently work on fulfilling IT/Non It positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing HR process in the company
- Managing end-to-end recruitment cycle/process
- Ensure all the recruitment is in accordance with the recruitment policy
- Negotiation with the selected candidates on salary
- Communicating with candidates, clients, and other stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Strong sourcing skills for technical resumes through different job portals and social media platforms
- Must have good knowledge of technical terms and research skills to source the right fit
- Should be strong in keyword and Boolean search techniques
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Should be committed, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal guidance
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MBA (HR) or equivalent
Compensation: Excellent salary with liberal incentives
