You will be instrumental in providing administrative support to Accertifys growing Global Human Resources team, ensuring our critical day-to-day HR operations run smoothly, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the overall employee experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates at different organizational levels.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, ongoing internal training, and colleague development programs, tracking participation and effectiveness.
  • Promote Accertify openings and support recruitment marketing initiatives on social media and online forums to promote the business.
  • Initiate and track key onboarding tasks, including employment background verifications.
  • Manage key data in our HRIS (e.g., reporting, address updates, organization chart updates, processing new hires and terminations, etc.).
  • Professionally and promptly handle inquiries from employees and external parties, directing them to the appropriate resources as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and developing HR documents and presentations.
  • Maintain the teams HR SharePoint site and the employee HR portal.
  • Coordinate logistics and actively participate in employee engagement initiatives, including social, community service, and diversity, equity, and inclusion programming.
  • Perform other administrative projects as assigned by the team.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong speaking and listening skills; ability to share information effectively while listening carefully to concerns and questions from employees and job applicants.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Completed bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion to manage sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Previous experience working in Human Resources role.
Additional Details
  • This will be a full-time hybrid (3 days in office) opportunity located at our Accertify Gurgaon, India campus location
  • Working hours will be 1:30 - 10:00 pm/40hrs weekly. The current on-site days are Tuesday to Thursday.
