Role Overview: As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and administration. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, implementing HR policies and procedures, and supporting the organizations strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.

Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work culture by promoting effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts.
Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and surveys.

Performance Management:
Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Provide guidance to managers on addressing performance issues and recognizing high performers.

Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees.
Collaborate with department heads to create and implement training programs.
Monitor and track employee training progress.

HR Policy and Compliance:
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and ensure company policies remain up-to-date.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies.

Compensation and Benefits:
Administer and review employee compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market research to ensure the companys compensation and benefits remain competitive.
Manage the annual performance appraisal and salary review processes.

Employee Records and Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Process employee documentation, including contracts, promotions, and terminations.
Ensure data confidentiality and security.

Conflict Resolution:
Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Provide guidance to managers on effective conflict resolution strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Several years of HR management experience.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
