Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HRBP Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for approaching potential clients via LinkedIn, initiating conversations, and nurturing relationships to support our business development efforts.
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Utilize LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential clients.
2. Initiate and manage conversations with potential clients through LinkedIn chat.
3. Understand client needs and provide information about our placement services.
4. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
5. Collaborate with the business development team to develop strategies for client engagement.
6. Support other business development activities as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in using LinkedIn for professional networking.
4. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus, but not required
