About the work from home job/internship

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the Human Resources department of Punjabi Burgers. We are looking for an intern who is an English and Hindi speaker, and is excited to learn and grow in Human Resources.

As an HR Intern, you will play a critical role in recruiting and engaging employees, creating an environment that values their contributions and ideas. You will gain valuable work experience and knowledge of HR systems and processes, which will help you develop as an HR professional.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
2. Assist with employee relations and communication.
3. Monitor compliance with employment and labor laws.
4. Assist in maintaining employee files, records, and performance management systems.
5. Help with special projects related to HR initiatives.
6. Attend staff meetings and HR-related events.
