Qualification: any graduation + post-graduation in HR

Job Summary:
- Practical understanding of business needs.
- Highly effective in incorporating leadership skills to achieve business objectives.
- Collaboration with top level management to conduct human resource strategic planning,
- designing and implementation in order to achieve corporate goals.
- Manage HR operations- Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding, offer letter to FNF formalities. Employee life cycle.
- Recruitment of electronic industry
- Employee Attendance Management, Employee Grievance, Policy Updating, and Administrative work.
- Employee Engagement
- Performance Management
- Generalist profile
- Knowledge of HR policies and best practices
- Well versed with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
