At Aryng, we are looking for an HR manager to join our team. He/She will be responsible for leading international recruiting and HR responsibilities. This position will directly report to the CEO. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment and all other HR functions like performance management, employee relations, policy-making, L& D, total rewards, and keeping the employees engaged. S/He would be an expert in compensation conversation and negotiations as well. This role would be 40% Recruitment and 60% HR. Here are our core values:

Coordinate the international (South America market ideally) recruitment efforts for all roles, including for data scientists, analysts, data engineers, and others.
Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills; qualify and move best candidates to the next rounds, do an in-depth review of the candidate's motivation to join Aryng and establish cultural fit, make hiring recommendations as appropriate.
