About the internshipSelected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in posting job openings on job portals, careers pages, and social media platforms.
2. Review and screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Gather and consolidate interview feedback from hiring managers and interview panels.
5. Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for the HR team.
