IMARC Services Pvt Ltd is looking for an HR Intern to support the HR team in recruitment and onboarding processes. The HR Intern will work closely with the HR team to help source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job roles. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of LinkedIn and should be comfortable working on different job portals.Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Maintain candidate database and assist in maintaining HR records.
Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, induction, and orientation programs. Provide support to the HR team in daily activities.
Maintain confidentiality of HR informationRequirements:
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and other job portals
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.Education and Experience:
Pursuing or completing a bachelor\'s degree in HR or related field.
