About the internshipThis is a full-time role based at NCR. You will be responsible for \'Talent Hunt & Acquisition\' through enrolments and team management, analytical skills, communication, training, and positioning the TE&R program as a consistently recommended service.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Contributing to the development and implementation of the \'Talent Encouragement & Recruitment\' program (TE&R).
2. Utilizing HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
3. Managing and organizing each batch to ensure accurate employee participation and performance information.
4. Actively communicating and collaborating with the dean, academic director, and placement directors to effectively pitch compelling aspects of the TE&R program.
5. Engaging with universities, colleges, and institutes to align the TE&R program with their academic curriculum.
6. Developing financial literacy curriculum improvements for aspiring batches.
7.
