About the internship
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and
scheduling interviews. Participate in the onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation for new employees.
2. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in our HR systems.
3. Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
4. Help with employee engagement initiatives and events.
5. Research HR best practices and industry trends.
6. Handle general HR inquiries and provide information to employees.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve HR goals
