About the internshipSelected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1)HR Operations Support:
Assist in leave and attendance management, payroll support, employee confirmation processes, and performance improvement plans (PIP).
Handle HRMS operations, including leave and attendance updates, query resolutions, and uploading performance management system (PMS) data.2) Internship & Volunteering Programs:
Assist in the development, implementation, and management of internship and volunteering programs.3) Employee Engagement:
Help organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs to foster team unity and enhance motivation.4) Onboarding and Induction:
Support the planning and execution of induction and onboarding processes for new employees.5) Employee Relations and Exit Processes:
Address employee grievances and support the smooth execution of resignation and exit processes.6) Documentation and Records Management:
Maintain and organize employee records and documents in Google Drive.
Ensure accurate record-keeping through HR dashboards, MIS, and presentations.7) Communication and Administration:
Draft and send HR-related email communications.
Prepare and issue joining, exit, and other official letters as required.8) EPF Queries:
