About the internshipSelected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:Market Mapping: Conduct research to identify potential talent pools by mapping competitors, industries, and regions. Analyze data to identify key individuals and target companies for current and future recruitment needs.
Vendor Management and Billing: Assist in managing relationships with recruitment vendors/agencies by coordinating communications, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of services. Support the billing process by verifying vendor invoices, ensuring proper documentation, and liaising with the finance team to ensure accurate payments.
Job Posting and Applicant Tracking: Help post job openings on various platforms (e.g., job boards, company website, LinkedIn) and track applicant progress through the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Resume Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes, identify suitable candidates, and create a shortlist based on the job criteria provided by hiring managers.
