About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Visit schools, colleges, and business houses to take interviews with the concerned persons
2. Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to gather information, address concerns proactively, and ensure 100% compliance in HR areas, such as leave administration
3. Coordinate with hiring managers for the closure of the position
4. Make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees
5. Work closely with management to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions

Requirements:

1. Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel to be successful in this role
2. Extensive background in human resources departments and thorough knowledge of HR best practices
3. Willingness and ability to undertake training needed in order to fulfill the changing requirements of the job
4. Good organizational skills and ability to pay attention to detail
5. The ability to prioritize and organize own workload with subordinates in an effective and accurate manner, while working within broad guidelines.
6. Should be flexible and Willing to work under fix deadline or target for recruitment
7. Candidate should have good communication skills
8. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and keep up with a high volume of activity
