About the internshipResponsibilities:1. Client acquisitions:
i. Conduct market research to understand gaps and industry trends, and identify and target potential clients for vendor empanelment
ii. Develop and present tailored proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our expertise and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
2. Talent sourcing & screening:
i. Craft and post engaging job advertisements across various job boards and social media channels
ii. Utilize diverse platforms (free job boards, databases, social media, professional networks) to source high-potential candidates
iii. Screen resumes and job applications to evaluate candidates\' skills and qualifications, ensuring the best fit for client needs
3. Interview coordination:
i. Manage the interview process by coordinating schedules between shortlisted candidates and clients
ii. Maintain clear, timely communication to ensure a smooth interview experience for all parties
4. Onboarding support:
i. Guide selected candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met
ii.
