About the internshipAs an HR intern at XS Associates, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in recruitment while utilizing your strong English proficiency skills.Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Conducting phone screenings and initial interviews with potential candidates.
3. Coordinating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
5. Assisting with onboarding processes for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions.
6. Providing support with HR administrative tasks, such as preparing offer letters and contracts.
7.
