1. Build a top-notch candidate experience with a focus on efficiency and a high-quality candidate experience
2. Build and maintain robust pipelines & engage with candidates from a variety of sources and talent pools
3. Screen resumes, take initial calls, and build a close partnership with our local talent team, work to ensure we ve always got great candidates
4. Get trained in applicant tracking system and business automation tools
