About the internshipAs an HR intern at AKVM Solutions, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic world of Human Resources. If you have a strong understanding of Human Resource Information System (HRIS), recruitment processes, and excellent spoken English proficiency, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing and maintaining the HRIS database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
2. Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
3. Engage in candidate sourcing activities, including utilizing various job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent.
4. Assist in conducting new hire orientations and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
5. Support the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs, including data entry and record keeping.
6. Collaborate with HR team members to develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
