Plan International India Chapter is looking for a dedicated HR intern to join our team and support our mission of advancing children\'s rights and equality for girls. As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to impactful projects that make a difference in the lives of children and communities.Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job vacancies and conducting initial candidate screenings
2. Support in conducting orientation sessions for new employees and assist in onboarding activities
3. Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
4. Support in organizing training and development programs for staff members
5. Support employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive work culture
6.
