Recruitment: Manage recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, source candidates via job portals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine), and conduct initial interviews.
2. Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process, preparing and distributing onboarding materials.
3. HR administration: Maintain employee records and handle HR-related queries.
4. Employee engagement: Support engagement initiatives and address employee concerns.
5.
